Foldalbruket has been granted protected heritage status by the Directorate of Cultural Heritage since 1994.
In the production facilities we display utilities, tools and items used in everyday life at the fish factory.
In addition, members of Kjøllefjord Kystlag, which since its inception in 1993, has carried out a fomidable work with collecting objects such as furnitures, appliances, tools, and boats from the local community representative of post-war history of the fisheries and coastal culture.
Most of these objects are on display and can be seen by attending a guided tour at Foldalbruket.
