Nordkappmuseet's collections consist of historical items, art, and photographs. Most of the collection reflects the local community which is centered on the fishing industry and its history. The reconstruction period in the 40s and 50s is also well represented. The photograph collection is a major part of the Nordkappmuseet’s collections with over 300 000 historical photos which have been scanned and can be accessed at www.digitaltmuseum.no together with other items registered in the museum's collections.
